Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete that order. All orders are secured by Shopify or PayPal with industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information ultra secure. Our online store is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

 

We do not send out any marketing emails or newsletters/mailers to our customers out of respect for your privacy and the environment, and invite you to follow us on social media.

 

Ordering Information

We will stamp and mail out a personalized commemorative or sympathy card notifying the recipient of your gift and the associated tree planting. An order confirmation will be be sent to your email address, and you can print your purchase receipt. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your card has been sent to the USPS. Please allow up to 7 working days for card delivery. List of reforestation sites/projects and tree planting partners is subject to change.

 

Card Quality

Your plant-a-tree cards are printed on high-quality, acid-free, 120 lb. card stock. This means your keepsake cards won't yellow or fade. You can also rest assured that the paper is Green-e Certified and sustainably sourced from FSC-Certified forests. We're as thoughtful to the planet as you are your friends and loved ones.

 

Custom Orders / Corporate Gifts

Please contact us for a quote if you need to order plant-a-tree cards in bulk or a custom quantity (i.e. for corporate gifts, employee recognition awards, holiday cards or wedding favors).

If you are a 501(c)(3) conservation organization that plants trees in the United States or Canada, feel free to contact us about a potential tree planting partnership. We are always striving to offer our customers more locations where they can plant trees as gifts.
